How much does it Cost?
Our yard cards are $95 for any personalized phrase. See samples in our GALLERY. Delivery/setup is FREE (within 10 miles of 43081 zip code)!
How Does it work?
After submitting your order form, we will contact you to confirm availability for your occasion. Yard greetings are typically delivered and set up between 8:00pm and 12:30am the night before and removed between 7:30pm and 9:30pm the evening of your event. Delivery, set up and take down of the yard greeting are all included in the price. If this is a gift please be sure to let at least one adult at the home know we will be on their property. This is for our safety. A porch light is always helpful! Please remain in your home during setup so we can maintain social distancing. Please remember to not move/touch signs or mow near them. How much notice is needed to book a sign?
We suggest booking as far in advance as possible. We can accommodate requests in as little as 48 hours. Requests for a sign in less than 48 hours may require a $35 rush fee.
Design & Letter Placement:
We choose accent pieces and letters based on the information provided by you! We do our best to choose items reflecting the interests/hobbies listed. Placement of individual letters is at the discretion of Pop-up Celebrations by JE. Once placed, repositioning or removal of letters is prohibited.
Where do you deliver signs?
We do signs in Columbus and surrounding locations within a 10 mile radius of 43081. Special requests outside our limits may be accommodated and may include a travel fee. Please contact us to discuss.
Can we do them for more than one day?
Yes! We are always willing to work with to meet the needs of your special event. Additional days are $50/day. Please leave us a detailed note with the number of additional days you need.
Can signs be setup a different time?
We are here to meet the needs of your occasion. Make sure to let us know on your order under special instructions that you need a different time and we will work to accommodate it.
Do you give discounts to schools?
YES!! We love to support schools and PTA's. Send us an email and we will send you information on our schools signs program.
What happens if the weather is bad?
We live in Ohio so weather can be unpredictable and may prevent us from setting up your display or delay setups. Inclement weather includes lightning/thunderstorms, rain, snow, high winds and any other Act of God that would put us or our lawn display in harm's way. We will first attempt to reschedule, if that is not possible you will be given a full refund.
Cancellations:
A Cancellation fee of $25 will apply to any order canceled within 24 hours of installation date.
Right of Refusal:
Pop-up Celebrations by JE reserves the right to refuse any order for any reason.
Damage/Theft:
A fee of $15/per item will be charged to the original client for damaged or stolen letters/accent pieces.
